Return & Refund Policy

Which products can be returned?
All products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. These depend on the size and weight of the package and can be 40 € or more. Returns must be sent directly to our supplier.

How does the return process work?

  1. Contact our customer service (info@vikliv.de), to register your return.

  2. You will receive a return form with all instructions and the address of our supplier.

  3. Send the item back in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.

Defective or incorrectly delivered products
If your item is defective or does not match your order, we will of course cover all costs. In this case, sending photos is sufficient. You will receive either a 100% refund or a free replacement without the need for a return.

Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
