Not 100% satisfied? You can return your order within 30 days and receive a full refund.

We do not refund return shipping costs. These must be borne by the customer and can amount to 40 € or more depending on size and weight.

If your order is delivered defective, we will of course cover all costs and send you a replacement free of charge.
